Another successful F1 evening event took place at Cranfield Simulation facility.
As the first public outing for the new Virtual Reality (VR) demonstrator, the Kuehne + Nagel International AG members of staff from all around the world, visited 31 May 2017 to use our state-of-the-art F1 simulator to perform team building, communication and collaboration exercises.
“Inside the car, we did the same things as we would be doing on a real race track. Things like looking around in every corners and reacting to crashes. We were shocked how the simulator could trick our brain to accept the fact that we are driving a real car even if it was just a simulator.”
The comments and reaction from the event have reinforced the immersion value of VR technology and demonstrates the power of Innovation in simulation within the CAeS- Simulation team.
